Garlic harvest My garlic could have gone another week, but it has been so rainy that I was concerned it might start to rot, so I pulled it all today. It's the best harvest I've had in years! I have 51 bulbs curing on old bunkbed slats in the garage, and a few more that broke off their stems; I'll bring the broken ones inside and use without fully curing.
