Help identifying type and proper care for plant Hoping for help with identifying what plant this is -- my aunt gifted it to me almost two years ago and we don't know what it is lol I live in NYC, facing east, with big windows that get bright direct sunlight essentially all day. Within the past month, that second newer leaf sprung up which I was surprised at. I spritz it with water every other day give or take and water the top once a week. The pot is kind of crummy too, thinking about repotting? It has a dish on the bottom that can be watered (to water from the roots up) but it's connected to the pot itself and can't hold very much water. Mostly, I've noticed that the tips are frequently browning which is concerning. Including on the newer leaf which literally just cropped up. My suspicion is that I'm overwatering but I think since this new leaf popped up while I've been doing frequent watering, I was concerned about stopping that. Really appreciate the help!
