What is killing my potato plant? Something is destroying my potato plant, it’s covered in small black dots and the plant has been shredded. Tried spraying them off with a hose and spraying the plant regularly with Neem oil but they come right back. I haven’t seen them on other plants and I didn’t have this problem last year growing them.
