What order should I lay base layers for this project? It seems like everyone does it differently. I keep seeing tips for laying pavers OR gravel but not the combination of both. For reference I have very bad drainage with mostly compacted clay. So far my plans are… 1. Level soil 2. Lay crushed gravel 3. Put down weed block fabric 4. Layer of sand 5. Lay pavers 6.
