Packing peanuts in the ground I found these around a house while trenching. No lines cross here, and the gutter system isn't connected. It appears to be about one foot deep and one foot out of packing peanuts along this entire garage wall. Does anyone know what this is for? My boss told me to hold of on finishing my work on it.
