Pre-vacation harvest! I'm about to go on a roadtrip for 10 days and decided to harvest a bunch to take with me for some of our meals! I just bought my first house this year and this is my very first garden ever. This season has been such a great learning experience and I'm so happy with the yields I've been getting so far! But my cucumbers are definitely outpacing me as you can see 😅. I'm in zone 8a NC if anyone was wondering! Harvested: - Blackberries - exactly 2 blueberries (first of the season!) - Super 100 cherry tomatoes - Kentucky Wonder Green beans - Pepperoncini peppers - Sooo many Cucumbers of a few varieties (including white cucumbers which has quickly become my favorite variety) - a few heads of Little Gem lettuce that miraculously hadn't bolted yet (not pictured) Originally by u/caithal97 on Reddit: https://tinyurl.com/2anthwma
