Removing all this old mulch and going to do new weed barrier + mulch. Any tips? I’m not sure the last time this was done since I just moved here but there seems to be no weees barrier and about 10 thousand weeds. I already pulled most before I decided to just tear it all up after realizing I was fighting an uphill battle. Should I do anything to the dirt while it’s exposed?
