What should I do to revive this fan plant? The plant is around 25 years old, has not been repotted in at least the last 20 years, and has never gotten enough food. Watering has been uneven, and it was probably often overwatered. It hasn’t done well for several years now, so I just took it out of the pot and chopped off the two stems that grew for most of its life, which are sitting on the soil in the middle. The root ball is as big as the pot it came out of. It normally lives in a west facing window that gets lots of light.
