Avocado tree dying! Moved into a rental house last year and the tree had fruit and this year it flowered and was starting to have little tiny avocados and out of nowhere the leaves all turned brown. I don’t have any history or information about the tree but I thought somehow might have an idea why it could be dying. Too much water? Not enough water?
