Is this a fungus? It’s spreading to almost all the foliage. I believe this is a vervain. We planted it a couple weeks ago, but now it’s beginning to be covered with this white. It’s been raining almost every day since it was planted and so we’ve only been watering on sunny hot days. It gets almost full sun as well. Any ideas? Thanks!
