Staghorn Fern Advice I picked this guy up with very little knowledge about this type of fern, but knowing for sure it shouldn’t be set up in this self watering pot. Any advice for how to repot this guy, what variant he may be, should I prune away any of the dead leaves (the browning bits at the center that are shaped like shelf mushrooms) or let them go, and just general advice. After a bit of research I know I need to get a wall planter and they apparently like banana peels? It gets afternoon sun for about 2 hours then is shaded the rest of the day, but I was going to move him into my living room and mount him on my wall near my southern facing window.
