Perlite changing colors? I am so new to this so I apologize. I added perlite and new soil mix since my plant wasn’t growing. I have the light on a timer at work and I came to work today and the perlite is changing colors? Is this normal? Also there’s two petals that are damaged? Do I leave alone or take off?
