Asiatic jasmine won't grow in this 12' section Hi all, I'm actually posting my neighbor's landscaping because he doesn't use reddit. However, he's been struggling with this issue for years. Things don't grow in that little section there on the curve. Those jasmine are a year old and all the rest have filled in. A the time they were planted, he had a full foot+ of soil removed, hauled and replaced thinking that something toxic was in there. Nope. It was just like this before that and it continues even with fresh soil. You can see the segment past the crossing is perfect, as is the rest of it to the right of the photo.
