Hidden Japanese Maple After about 2 years of living in my house, I found a stunted Japanese Maple in a concrete planter round the side of the house. It had been overshadowed by a corkscrew hazel and the previous occupants had piled garbage around it. I've taken it out and reported it as you see above but could do with some advice on how to help it thrive. We're in the UK so it gets plenty of rain and I've put it in a spot that's mostly shaded but gets some sunlight and I have the Planta app to help me along but I'm a total plant novice.
