Is this rust? Just noticed this appearing on a lot of plants in garden. I live in North Texas, and just noticed this browning on some of the plants in my garden. It’s on several plants now and seems to be spreading. Is this rust? I’ve been watering 2-3 times a week and temps have been hovering pretty steady in the 90s most weeks. This is my first time having a garden so trying to get ahead of things now before it gets out of control. This is on a black eyed Susan, and it’s also appearing on my foxglove beardtongues.
