Tree in yard Tree has branch that hangs into my fenced in yard, I want to know what it is so I know if its safe to be around my two dogs. If its not safe I'll cut it, but if it is safe it provides some nice shade for my dogs. For geographic reference I'm in north dakota, up near Canada.
