help what is hurting him just bought this guy last week- all was well til i repotted and brought it home, I watered after repotting and then it added a little bit underneath but didn’t want to do too much. the window it’s facing in is east facing also. this is my first plant and im very new and learning as i go, i asked a lot of questions before that. i feel like i still don’t know nearly enough. the new leaf sprouting looks pale and has a wash of this milky colored film over it and im worried about thrips but im not certain.
