SOS. how do I deal with this area? Bought the house not too long ago. Area was filled with bushy grass and daffodils. Snakes loved it in there. Now we’re left with this mess. So many rocks and clay soil. Zone 7b. Receives drainage from gutters and goes downhill. No idea what to do with it. Would ideally like something aesthetically pleasing, like flowers, rock bed (I know, not ideal), or some kind of shrubs? Just worried about it becoming overly crowded/ugly.
