Anything I can do? I believe my spinach is bolting. I picked it last Thursday, left for a vacation the next morning, and just returned home to this. Is there anything I can do to fix this or are my spinaches toast? They usually took about a week between harvests so I thought that a week away wouldn’t hurt them.
