Bird of Paradise folding leaves?! Hey guy, we just recently took our BOP out of a reptile terrarium and potted it in much much more soil. Thing is that although i would assume it has a better environment now, its growth rate has reduced and its leaves are starting to fold in on themselves. We water her about once a week when the top soil feels a bit dry, and we face north so our balcony door gives her full indirect sun pretty much all day.
