Water pooling near house. Help! Hey all! Just bought a house and after a good rain this happens. Any ideas on how to remedy? Grading issue? This used to be part of the driveway before the fence was put in so it’s cement under the water. We have extended the downspouts to get it away from this area but it does not seem to be helping.
