There's a driveway under there This is an accumulation of several years of vines on vines about 3 inches thick. My stool is in the middle and I swear if I had the right tool I could pull it right off the cement. So I've been using a shovel and lifting and cutting a foot at a time. I'm thinking maybe I need more of a box cutter blade. I just thought of my wife's rotary blade. I've also thought about a heavy duty weed Wacker with the steel cutters. Any ideas?
