my monstera & i need some help D: i've had this monstera for a couple of years now, and i'm quite attached (a cat who has since passed loved to sit next to it) but it's taking over this corner! it may be hard to see in this picture but there are roots snaking out from the pot around my fireplace and up into the window. there's also roots coming out of some of the branches. every few weeks it grows a new big leaf but the leaf quickly dries up like the one in this pic. it's out of control, i fear! that can't possibly be good for it! but i don't know what to do and i'm afraid of killing it. :( what can i do to give this monstera some TLC?
