Is a fill in possible? Would it be possible to fill this in and plant something rather than taking it out? I’m guessing if I were to fill it in, I’d have to drill holes for drainage. We are renting so I’ll have to run it all by landlord and would like to keep it simple. I just don’t like the stagnant water right outside our window.
