Should I create a mound for the garden bed next to the fence I am trying to fixup the garden bed next to the fence which was put in my the previous owner. The garden bed had no depth nor shape to it. The tilled area you see was done by me but the plants right up against the fence were there before. I plan to rearrange most of the plants expect for the bushes at the back that are really hard to uproot I'll just work with them. The land is slightly sloped in the direction of the red arrows.
