Neighbor called them squash but they smell like cucumbers. Neighbor gave us "vegetables" from her friend's garden and called them squash. She also gave us a "sweet pepper plant" which I'm sure is actually basil. The cut one smells like a cucumber but I've never seen yellow cucumbers.
