What’s happening with my philodendron?

I’ve been traveling around the states with this poor philodendron for the past year (it’s two plants in one pot). I’ve finally settled down and realized the one on the left has all its leaves curled. I’ve watered and it hasn’t helped and the right one looks healthy so I’m thinking maybe it’s root rot? This pot is probably too big too, I’m pretty new to plant care so I’m just learning how to care for them. I’ve had this plant for a couple of years too and dropped the pot at least twice, and the soil was super low for a while. (It’s basically been through plant hell ). Anyways I’d looove some advice on how I can revive these little guys and encourage some new growth and hopefully save the guy who’s struggling. Thank you 🙏🏼

It’s sitting in a spot with good indirect light
