Manual tool recommendations for overgrown weeds? Hi! I'm dealing with overgrown weeds in my small yard and wanted to ask how you guys would go about dealing with this without an electric tool, which are out of my budget at the moment. I've been seeing rave reviews about the scuffle hoe but I'm not sure if it would be able to remove weeds of this height. Would really appreciate your advice.
