Are these aphids?
I am new to keeping plants and just noticed these white dots on a lot of leaves on my rubber plant. Are these aphids? Should I be worried? I've sprayed a pesticide on the leaves now, but is there something else I should be doing?

Bigger pot necessary?
I’m new to houseplants and have had this for a few months. I can’t remember what it’s called - does anyone know? Also, do I need to move it to a bigger pot? I can’t tell if it’s outgrowing this one. Thanks!

What is this?
Sometime in the last day or 2 these popped up in my indoor jade plant. A plant that has never been outside. Soil hasn’t been recently changed. Anyone know what they are? Where they could have come from? TYIA

How to save this orchid?
Can I still save this orchid? It worries me that it is now producing a yellow leaf at the bottom for the second time in a row. In addition, the bottom white flowers also seem to be dying off... The orchid is about 60 to 80 inches away from a window and is not in direct sunlight.
