• How do i promote root growth from this guy?

So when my mom bought him for me, the cashier accidentally broke him from the soil and just stuck him back on the pot. He has very short little roots and isnt anchored at all, a little nudge and hes knocked askew.

  • What’s causing this?

These sprouts are about 3 weeks old. Starting to take off now that it’s consistently warm. What is causing the little cut out crispy areas? Pests? Or too much/too little water? Also when do I need to thin them out? They’re maybe 2” tall and just starting to get their “real” leaves.

  • Was just given this plant with foam around the base along with some root bound. Should I repot immediately or let it destress for a week or two?

  • Honey babe miniature

My neighbor has noticed me getting into gardening and taking care of my yard so she decided to buy me a mini peach tree! I wanted to ask if I should leave it in its container still or transfer the plant to some soil . I love it but I am still very new to gardening , any tips on keeping this thing thriving will be greatly appreciated

  • Simultaneous gender squash flowering

Finally, just today, I began seeing male flowers and female flowers on my squash vines open at the same time. The females arrived first, about 2 weeks ago. Then the males finally followed. I realize most garden blogs and YouTube vids say it's the other way around. Not here in NE Texas. From what I've read, it's a temperature-dependent process.

Just today, the plants also became miraculously covered in bees. None last week or the week before. I went out there with a Q-tip at first light planning to hand pollinate and found that all the blooms were already being serviced by industrious bees. They were nowhere to be seen last week.

These squash are Toet Bat Put, a Korean Moschata. Supposed to have good SVB resistance (squash vine borers.) Growing it this year for the first time and I have 6 vines going in large (20-gallon) grow bags trellised with mesh netting strung onto 7-foot T-posts. The plants are vigorous and healthy. So far, so good.
