Refund policy
Full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge — email [email protected] with your account email and we'll process it. After 30 days, refunds are at our sole discretion. Cancelling alone does NOT issue a refund — you must explicitly request one. Detailed terms in our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time from the Profile → Subscription page in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't pro-rate or charge cancellation fees. No data is deleted on cancellation — you can re-subscribe later and pick up where you left off, or export everything to CSV and walk away.
Frequently asked questions
Is there really a 30-day trial?
Yes. Full app access for 30 days. We send a reminder email before the trial ends so it's never a surprise. After day 30, continued use requires a subscription.
Do you take credit cards directly?
No — payments are processed by Paddle, a regulated UK e-money institution acting as our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax/GST in 60+ jurisdictions and accepts most card types, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal depending on your region.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax where applicable) are calculated and shown by Paddle at checkout based on your billing country.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your records are preserved. You can re-subscribe any time and pick up where you left off. After 30 days of an unpaid status, the app stops accepting new entries (read-only mode) — but data is never deleted, and you can always export to CSV.
Can I get a discount for non-profits / schools / educators?
Yes — email [email protected] with a brief note about your operation and we'll send a coupon code.
Where is Farm Planner based, and where's my data stored?
Farm Planner is operated by an individual sole trader registered in Tunisia. Servers are hosted in the European Union; payment data is processed by Paddle (UK). See our Privacy Policy for the full sub-processor list and your GDPR/CCPA rights.
